Aerial spraying
Aircair carries out aerial spraying for a wide range of agricultural needs, helping clients respond quickly and efficiently across large areas. Applications include foliar fertilisers, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, growth regulators and trace elements.
Aerial spreading
For producers needing coverage across broad acre country, Aircair also provides aerial spreading services for seed, fertiliser and animal baits. This includes aerial sowing and the spreading of solid fertilisers such as urea, MAP, DAP and super phosphate.
Variable rate application
Using aircraft GPS technology and prescription mapping, Aircair can vary application rates across specific areas rather than treating every part of a paddock the same way. Firefighting support
Alongside agricultural work, Aircair Aviation also supports firefighting operations. The current site notes that Aircair has worked with the NSW Rural Fire Service as a Call When Needed fixed-wing fire-bombing operator since 2003, and has also cross-hired aircraft and crew in Queensland since 2011.
Justice was also clear that firefighting is important, but it is not the main commercial marketing focus of this page. It is largely government-driven work, and this section should sit as an important supporting capability rather than the lead message.
Operating from Moree
Aircair operates from two application bases in Moree, giving the business room to support different jobs and manage a substantial aerial application operation. The current site lists both Beela and Krui as application bases, and Justice confirmed that the aerial application side uses two bases because there are too many aircraft for a single location.
